With Treasure Maps, we can show you how to enable natural, spontaneous transformation that releases the aliveness trapped within.
Our intention is to give you the “Powers”: the skills, the knowledge, and the abilities, that will enable you to “shift levels” whenever you need to for the rest of your life.
We believe that transformation occurs most readily in an atmosphere of respect, acceptance, openness, warmth, playfulness, and support. Our mission is to enable you to live from your vibrant, strong, authentic self so you can bring your gifts and your passion into the world.
About the Location
“Designed by the celebrated San Francisco architect Willis Polk, the grand house was erected between 1911 and 1915, when Polk was also the supervising architect of the Panama-Pacific International Exposition. Construction materials had to be transported by the Mount Tamalpais railroad to then-remote wilderness site, which afforded panoramic views of the mountain and the San Francisco Bay Area. White developed the grounds to include a heart-shaped lawn, orchards, trails through the woods, meadows, and a natural creek-fed swimming pool.”
The Ralston White Retreat center is located just north of San Francisco in Mill Valley, California. The closest international airports are SFO and OAK, both are approximately one hour away by car. For more information on Ralston White, please visit their website: http://www.ralstonwhiteretreat.org
Note: The venue prefers that guests contact us for any questions. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. You can contact Allison by email here or by phone at 510-225-0690.
The retreat begins after dinner on August 5th (6:30pm) and ends with an optional lunch on August 11th (around 12:00pm). Each full day begins with breakfast, followed by a morning session, then lunch. Want a truly immersive experience?
If you are taking both the Regular and the Advanced Retreats, you will not be able to stay at the Ralston-White Center in the two days between. The Bay Area is rich is places to explore and places to stay. We recommend airbnb.com for friendly accommodations that are generally lower in costs than hotels. You will not need to rent a car because ride-share services like Lyft and Uber go everywhere. You may also be able to share rides with local participants.
This workshop requires previous Focusing experience. You need to have taken Your Path to Lasting Change Part One, or Levels 1 and 2, or the equivalent. Please email us if you are not sure whether your Focusing experience qualifies you.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Treasure Maps payments are non-refundable except in the event of an unavoidable emergency.
When something doesn’t go as you hoped…
We are always open to discussing experiences with our courses that didn’t work for you or didn’t go the way you expected. Depending on the circumstances, you may want to email your course instructor, the staff member in charge of your course, or Ann Weiser Cornell. Email addresses for all these people will be supplied on registration. We will work with you to find a way to meet your needs.

Yes, you will be Focusing in partnership each day, for longer times each day, as you gain the resources you’ll need to be with the deep places.
Although more is better, at a minimum you need to be able to be a Focusing partner, able to direct your own Focusing process and accompany someone else. We have found that people need at least two Levels of Focusing training (or the equivalent) to feel sufficiently relaxed and confident with Focusing so that they can concentrate on the subtleties of the Treasure Maps work.
Course meets the qualifications for 35 hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. PCE#62524
