How do you respond when shame strikes?
Perhaps your face gets hot and you want to sink into the ground or run away. Or you maybe want to lash out at someone else and make them feel as bad as you do. Shame is a hard emotion to feel; it’s extremely uncomfortable and it strikes at the essence of who we are.
Turning toward shame means turning toward two parts of you: the part that sinks with shame and the part that is shaming it. The trick is to gather enough resources to be able to stand the feeling of shame and feel it start to change into self-compassion and deep healing.

Welcoming all of you doesn’t mean you don’t change – on the contrary! The fastest way to positive change is to acknowledge how you feel now.
And one step up from acknowledging is actually welcoming… welcoming your feelings, welcoming your worried, scared, or angry parts. Welcoming All of You.
When you welcome all of you, you become a calm space where everything in you can be the way it is. You are OK. You are enough… and you are becoming more. Can’t imagine that?
Join us for this webinar and start to experience the quiet confidence that comes from accepting yourself just the way you are.
We look forward to seeing you!
