Demonstrations of Facilitating Focusing
3-Week Live, Online Course
Be present in the room (on Zoom) when Ann Weiser Cornell guides a person through their first Focusing session, once each week, and afterwards discusses the session with the group.
Learn how to guide someone through a first Focusing session, what to do when the person gets overwhelmed by strong emotion, what to do when the person feels very little, and what to do when the person is telling stories or is in their head.
