Right now calm might feel…well, impossible.

Things are truly hard at the moment. And experiencing challenging emotions in difficult times is normal.

Yet, given the right skills, you can find a still place inside that will carry you through all the unfolding stress and uncertainty.

I’ve been helping people do this for over 35 years in more than 19 countries worldwide, and I’d love to help you too.

It is possible to:

  • Soothe your anxiety and fear so you can make clear decisions for yourself and the ones you love
  • Know exactly what to do when emotions get overwhelming so you can come back to calm faster
  • Be compassionate with your feelings and the feelings of those closest to you right now

You can be resilient and calm, even during a crisis.

Let me show you how.

And no, you don’t have to deny or bury your feelings to do it. In fact, the solution is just the opposite.

Join me for a 3-week community support conversation where I’ll guide you through ways to tap into your inner strength.

Together we’ll talk about how it is to live through this crisis.

Plus you’ll get weekly practices to help you be compassionate with all of your emotions so you can access your most powerful inner resources: resilience and calm. You’ll also have access to a community for even more support.

If you’re struggling right now, I can help…

Is there a prerequisite?

There is no prerequisite for this course. All are welcome.

How is this different from the Support for Stressful Times free webinar?

Thanks for asking. During our 30-minute free webinars, Ann provides support, resources, and a brief exercise to a large group where interaction is limited to the chat feature on Zoom. If you haven’t joined us for one yet, you can do so here.

This 2-hour, 3-week interactive course is designed to be a conversation where you can engage more fully (if you want to). Ann will take the group through longer processes, answer questions, offer empathy and acceptance, and be present to what arises in the group on a weekly basis. There’s no curriculum because well, there’s no curriculum for navigating something like a global pandemic. But we can be with each other, be with what comes, and use our Focusing skills to find new ways forward together.

Do I need to attend every class meeting?

You can enroll in this course and listen to the recordings that are available 1-2 days after each class meeting. We call this remote attendance.

Is this a course with partnership practice?

No, partnerships are not available for this course.

Tell me more about the classroom environment and how course content is provided?

Sure. This course is taught using an online video conference system called Zoom. You’ll receive all the details you need to join us via Zoom prior to the first class meeting. You’ll also receive access to our class software called Ruzuku. In Ruzuku, you’ll find a forum where you can connect with other participants and ask questions of Ann. Ruzuku is also where you’ll find class recordings.

Are CEUs available?

No. CEUs are not available for this course.
