Soothing Restful Sleep

This 17-minute audio recording called “Soothing Restful Sleep” is designed to be used at bedtime, or whenever you need to sleep but sleep doesn’t come easily.

You will hear Ann’s gentle, accepting voice taking you through a process that includes connecting with your body, acknowledging and accepting stressful feelings, and bringing the Focusing principles of awareness and acceptance into the process of soothing yourself for sleep.

How To Download the Recording

If you are using a PC:

  • In Firefox, right click the link and select “Save Link As…” from the menu.
  • In the dialog box that pops up, choose where you would like to save the MP3 file on your computer.

If you are using a Mac:

  • In Safari, hold down the “control” key and click the link. Select “Download Linked File As…” from the menu.
  • In Firefox, hold down the “control” key and click the link. Select “Save Link As…” from the menu.
