We recommend using bitly.com to shorten your affiliate links before you add them to any Facebook posts or Tweets. If you sign up for a bitly account, there are all kinds of tools you can use to track engagement with the links you post. Be sure to check them out.

Pre-written email copy:

If you struggle with shame or feeling unlovable, there’s help. Ann Weiser Cornell’s course, Loving the Unlovable shows you how you can turn towards even your most shame-filled, unlovable parts with compassion and curiosity.

Here’s a story Ann shares about her experience that I think you’ll find useful:

Shame is a funny thing. When you feel ashamed of something deep inside you, it seems to be absolutely true that that thing is horrible, monstrous, depraved. That you’d better hide it from everybody.

But when you bring it to the light, and really have a look at what it is, often it’s something innocent. Something from the past that made sense at the time. Something that could be loved.

I remember uncovering something like this the first year I did Focusing partnerships. I was 22 and I’d never looked deeply into myself before. Talking about my inner world to another person felt like turning over rocks to reveal the slime on the underside.

I could feel that I was approaching something deeply shameful inside myself. Did I dare to say it out loud, and risk seeing the look of disgust on the face of this nice person?

I gathered up my courage and said it… and the world didn’t come to an end. My Focusing partner calmly said it back to me. To them, it wasn’t shameful and disgusting at all. What was it?

“Deep down, I want to be loved.”

Might it be possible that what you think is shameful and disgusting and dark is actually something with life force in it? Something that’s been quietly trying to help you all these years?

Imagine rediscovering that you have everything you need to love yourself exactly as you are. That’s what you’ll learn in Ann’s Loving the Unlovable course.
