Greetings, I’ve been a Certified IRF Professional for 10 years, a spiritual practitioner and teacher in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition for the past 45 years, a practitioner and teacher of Worsley 5-element medicine for the past 30 years, and a Women’s Centered Coach.
