Level 4 really consolidated what I learned in Level 2 and 3. I wasn’t going to take it but am glad I did. I found that my confidence and the ease with which I Focused dramatically improved. It was like coming in for a smooth landing. Now it only makes sense if you do 3 to finish off your “basic” training with Level 4.
