“Before the Demonstrations course, I felt some uncertainty about explaining Focusing to people. It made me tense and a bit awkward. Watching Ann do Focusing with the inexperienced wonderers who came into the course was inspiring and cleared up many little misunderstandings I had. Now, I feel more freedom in the process. Watching Ann get a new person into a session is not only a lesson in communication but an adventure of pure joy.”
