Dr. Maureen Gallagher is an Inner Relationship Focusing Trainer and Therapist. She is a Psychologist in private practice for over 30 years, a somatic psychotherapist and trauma educator. She offers IRF informed psychotherapy and consultation for helping and healing professionals. She also teaches Somatic Experiencing for Somatic Experiencing International.

Maureen offers classes in Inner Relationship Focusing twice a year, each spring and fall. Her classes support you to learn a body-based approach that integrates Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF) with an understanding of the nervous system. Her work centers on helping people build meaningful, transformative relationships with their inner world —especially with the parts they’ve exiled, criticized, or misunderstood.
