Since 1994, Ann Weiser Cornell and I have been exploring using Focusing in some of the most difficult areas of life. Untangling has grown out of this and is the core of my Inner Relationship Focusing practice.
I have a background in humanistic psychology, teaching, fine art, and graphic design. One of my interests is in how IRF can be used in the creative arts.
