“Parts and felt senses are not the same, and they need to be treated differently.”

Are parts and felt sense both important in Focusing? Read on…

Ann writes:

Yes, this is Tip #1000! What a landmark!

I’ve been writing Weekly Tips since March 8, 2005, and I’ve rarely missed a week.

The most exciting part has been getting questions from readers and being able to answer them in, I hope, a helpful way.

Twenty-one and a half years of Weekly Tips calls for a pause to celebrate!

In honor of this special occasion, and with thanks to the International Focusing Institute, Barbara McGavin and I would like to share a video of the presentation we gave last June at the Focusing Conference in Vienna.

It’s called: Felt Senses and Parts – What They Are and Why It Matters.

I hope you enjoy the video. And I want to thank all of you Tip subscribers for making the first 1000 tips such an enjoyable experience for me!
